Welcome to Sing for your Life
We are a registered charity supporting health and wellbeing of older people using participatory musical activities. We coordinate silver song clubs, which provide regular sessions of social and community music making.
What We Do
Silver song clubs host music making sessions. The sessions are social, fun and everyone can get involved.
The Silver Song Music Box™ is our Care Home version of the Silver Song Club.
Better breathing helps people with breathing difficulties by providing music and exercise sessions.
Singing for Health uses the Sing For Your Life model for mental health service users.
