Welcome to the Sing For Your Life website, home to Sing For Your Life and Silver Song Clubs. We are a registered charity established in 2005 to improve quality of life, health and wellbeing for older people through participation in musical activities.

Our core activity is the Silver Song Club, a regular session of social and community music making for older people and there are now over 40 Silver Song Clubs meeting across the South East of England. During 2010 we will be opening a number of new clubs including further clubs in Hampshire and Kent. We will also be expanding our services to the BME community.

We also offer a range of other services including tailored packages for residential care homes, consultancy, project management, and evaluation.
